ABSN Program Admissions Overview
For most students, earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) can take upward of four years, but if you have some college experience, it may be possible to earn a BSN degree in considerably less time — and without the waitlists or once-yearly starts.
Designed for career changers and current students alike, with locations in St. Paul, Minnesota, and Portland, Oregon, CSP Global’s Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ABSN) program allows students with 54 college credits or a non-nursing associate or bachelor’s degrees the opportunity to earn a BSN in 16 months. The ABSN program admissions process takes less time with our three yearly starts — in January, May and September — meaning you can start much sooner than with a traditional program.
Before you can decide on a start date, though, you need to meet the ABSN program admissions requirements, which starts with talking to an admissions counselor.
Finding the right program can be overwhelming itself, let alone navigating the process of getting into nursing school, but that’s where CSP Global’s ABSN is different. Not only does our ABSN offer students like you the academic foundation and clinical preparedness required to take the NCLEX-RN®, but it also provides a support system to help you succeed, starting with our admissions team.
When you give us a call or fill out the form to be contacted later, you’ll be assigned a dedicated admissions counselor, who will help you:
- Navigate the requirements and determine enrollment eligibility.
- Create a personalized prerequisite plan that works toward a particular start date.
- Apply for admission into the CSP Global ABSN in either St. Paul, MN, or Portland, OR.
Devoted solely to our accelerated nursing program, he or she can also answer any questions you may have — and will keep in regular contact with you for the duration of the ABSN program admissions process, ensuring you don’t miss any steps.
